1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations governing distance sales, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• The product must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
• The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned with the product.
• The product must not show signs of damage resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

We reserve the right to apply a reduction in the refund amount if the product has depreciated in value due to excessive use or damage.

3. Hygiene Products and Hair Removal Devices

For hygiene and consumer health protection reasons:

• Sealed products cannot be returned once opened if their nature prevents them from being resold for hygiene reasons.
• If the epilator is supplied with accessories, heads, or attachments protected by a hygiene seal, these items must not have been opened or used.

This restriction complies with applicable legal provisions concerning hygiene-related products.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is:

• defective;
• damaged during transportation;
• not in conformity with your order;

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• your order number;
• photographs of the affected product;
• a description of the issue encountered.

Following verification, we will, where appropriate, offer:

• a replacement product;
• a repair;
• or a full refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Voluntary Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Product or Seller Error

Return shipping costs will be fully covered by K MUTHUKARUPPAN & SONS.

6. Return Address

Returned products must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team once the return request has been approved.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

7. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product:

• the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase;
• the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned item or proof of shipment;
• standard initial shipping charges will be refunded when the withdrawal complies with applicable regulations.

Additional costs arising from an express delivery method selected by the customer are non-refundable.

8. Exchanges

We do not automatically process exchanges.

If you would like a different model or product reference, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

9. Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is refused or not collected from the carrier and is subsequently returned to us:

• return and reshipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount;
• original shipping costs are non-refundable when the refusal is not due to an error on the seller’s part.
